Grocery Dollars order form

How the Grocery Dollars program works:

1. Romona PTA purchases gift cards from local grocery retailers (Jewel, Dominicks, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, Super HMart) at a discount rate.
2. Romona PTA sells them to you at face value either as a one-time order or monthly subscriber.
3. Romona keeps the 5% difference (~$7,000/year).
4. Payments can be cash, check (payable to Romona PTA Grocery Dollars) or credit card (2.5%fee).  Payment is due by the 1st of the month; credit cards are charged around the 1st of the month.
5. Romona PTA delivers the gift cards through Backpack Express, PTA meetings or home delivery (not US mail).

You will need Adobe Reader to read some files on a PC.
Mac users can use Preview or Reader.
